    Try using a Filter If you filter the Data instead of finding the next button should move you between like records. It works for me I have a Employee Database and 3 employees with the same last name. hope this helps

    I have a Rolling Append and Delete Macro. It's set up as an Autoexec. How do I set it up to run regardless of whether or not the shift key is depressed. I'm currently stumped on this think it should be possable.

    Question? Do you have an HoursWorked Field? If you do then you can eliminate the check box altogether and just run a Query for anyone that works over 10 hours.... I don't know much about conditional formating in access but this might help.

    now I'm stumped well now i understand what was wrong and I tried it. No datatype mismatch. but it still will not remove the Nov 1-11 entries. I know i've got at least 2 but the Query Appends 0 rows of data. should the -4 be inside the () ex. "Month(Date()-4))" or am I way off the mark?
