I have a subform and everytime I charge a client, I enter the amount in the subform How can I calculate the total charges for each client

I have table and form with charges to clients...the fields are charge 1, charge 2, etc. Not all the records have the same amount of charges...some records have three charges (charge 1 + charge 2, charge 3). Some of the records have 5 charges and some have 2. Is there a way to sum this

I have to create a report from a tabel that has [county] [iq] [age] etc as fields...I need to calculate the number of records in the report I on't need the individual data, just the numbers of records that are from Nassau County as an example or have an IQ of >80 etc Is there a way to do this...

I have access 2000 I want to calculate the lengthn of time between 2 dates I can do that but it comes up in days How can I convert that to come up in months and/or years and there is a long time between the dates
