If you have created your own style, and would like to save this style to apply to any other forms that you will then create you can:
In form design go to Format >> Auto Format >> Customize >> Create a new auto format.

I'm sure I had a 97 version somewhere, but can't seem to locate it now, I'll take a look around for it and post it if I can find it.
The example uses the Microsoft Web Browser control, that I am sure is available in Access 97 too.

I'm not at work right now, but there should be no problem displaying images in the webpage by using the file path in the ASP to the images stored in the web folder.
If you don't get any other responses I'll take a look for this tomorrow.

You will need to go into the design of the main form, select each subform so that you can view the properties of subform tblModel and subform tblADC1.
You can then set the Link Child Fields and Link Master Fields to the relevant field (in both cases lngECRID)
