Hi Pat: Could you be a little more specific on the make up of the third query?

Is it possible to set up a crosstab query using two value fields? If so, can someone tell me how to do it? I need to show the following fields: Mfg.,year, month, GP Dollars, and Resale. GP Dollars and Resale are calculated currency fields, which I would like to summarize.

Hello: I created a tabular report based on a crosstab query. The report totals several fields horizontally. I need also to total the report vertically, but I can't figure out how to do it. Is it possible to do what I am trying to do? If so can someone help me? Thanks

You can do this by creating a report based on your query. Follow the wizard, and it will guide you into setting grouping levels, which will accomplish what you want to do.
