Hidden Count box for dividing a set of values

So for example for one box, this is what I have. This data comes in from 4 subreports. Sometimes one of the reports will not have a number, and I want this new box on my main form to only divide by the number that has data in it. So say these four subreports, only 3 have a number 1 or...

Hidden Count box for dividing a set of values

Okay, here is a hard one. I am trying to get my report to divided numbers that are there. I get this data from subreports, then want it divided by the appropriate number. Example: 23 0 10 15 0 0 this would equal 48, but I want it to be divided by 3, not by 6. Or say the next report...

    Formula Not Working

Is there a way to make invisible box, that would count and check each report to make sure there is a value and add these together. Then once that number was collected, say 3 or 4, with the possible of 6. Would only divide the totals by the 3 instead of the 6?? I am not sure if asking this...

You don't see that there is two data coming into this formula. Both information is coming from a subreport to create the information in the main report. One is coming from the Operator Report, the other is coming from the Operator Trainer Report. Taking these two numbers and getting an...

    Not pulling Past Data

Each part has their Film Supplier listed, so for each part that is printed out, it would also show their Film Supplier. I think there is a conflict, because the Film Supplier is in the Parts Table, and they are both required to pull the part and film. I think that is why it is acting the way...

    Not pulling Past Data

I think you were also right about this: (tblPartInfo.PartID = tblScrapLog.PartNumber) AND (tblPartInfo.PartID = tblScrapLog.[Film Supplier]) When I too the Film Supplier out, everything showed up. So I guess the next question would be how can I get the Film Supplier into my query without...

    Not pulling Past Data

I think you are right. I had made it where I just put in the date, and it still only brought some parts in, but the rest of them. I also tried a test, by just doing a small query where I just have the date and part number, and the same thing. So this seems it got something to do with not...
