    Character Flaws

Drat Krystal, if I had to try and live to these standards I'd probably have to have a sex change! I always pride myself in the fact that, even when I lose my marbles, I will always remember every small detail and cutting "he" ever made in the heat of an argument! Man, I even handfasted the...

    What's your best/worst joke?

In the United States of America they invented a machine that catches thieves; they took it out to different countries for a test. · USA , in 30 minutes it caught 500 thieves, · India, in 20 minutes it caught 3000 thieves, · Nigeria , in 10 minutes it caught 6000...

LMAO, 20 million kids can't be wrong ;) We have the advantage of seeing it coming then? Perhaps we have better odds of survival than 1930s Germany, 1940s Spain and 1990s Zimbabwe... :p

    Character Flaws

:o Pride can be as much of an asset though. At the end of last year I was diagnosed with a form of ME and the doctors basically told me to look forward to a lifetime of pain. I seen what it had done to other people and my pride would not let me visualise myself as a victim / disabled person...

I suspect they would think it was a wind up. Either this guy is from the press and looking for a scoop on how the Essex Police don't care or he's Dom Jolly...

I agree with Rich. We should set up a councelling session for users that display "odd" behaviour like this, it is obvious that there are external pressures causing them to snap at strangers in such a way. If therapy does not improve their behaviour within the main forum they should be...

Hmm, so it was, invented in the US, by a Brit, of course ;) I quote from Wikipedia (so it must be right :D) Sir Timothy John "Tim" Berners-Lee, OM, KBE, FRS, FREng, FRSA (born 8 June 1955[1], also known as "TBL"), is a British engineer and computer scientist and MIT professor credited with...

    Mail merge toolbar is disabled

Have you completed the merge? These are not the complete steps, you must continue to tell Word which documents you wish to merge (the next step would probably be Use Current Document, then select recipients...) unless you are trying to run an existing mail merge. Please be more specific so...

Global variables in Word VBA and other questions

Any changes made to the normal.dot document will affect all new documents as this is the basic template opened whenever you select a new document in word. Have you tried manually creating a text box and looking at the code behind it? This is one of the easiest ways to learn these things...
