    Find Next Button

Thanks for the link to the article. My hope was to be able to have a find next button while having the drop down combo box for the original search. The find/replace that pops up with the Find Record button seems to be confusing for some users. All the users were comfortable with the combo...

    Find Next Button

I am having issues with assigning search criteria for the "Find Next Button". I used the wizard and it does not ask what criteria to use for Find Next. I am assuming there is a bit of VBA I need to add to the generic Find Next button. This is what comes up when I use the wizard to create the...

Okay...I see the changes to the module. So where exactly was the limiting factor...what is the filter parameters in the query that was throwing a wrench in? You have been supremely wonderful with this and I cannot thank you enough for the patience and effort.

    Finding a Median

Okay...Obi Wan...you have a wonderful way with the force... So what did you do exactly so that I can duplicate it for my other Expr# and my other report. I did not see any change to the report structure or the query...the Parameter request is different though...

    Finding a Median

Expr1 is the Field name. It is a calculated field in a qry based off of other fields from a table. Expr 1 is something like this: IIF([Time1]>[Time2],DateDiff("n",[Time1],[Time2])+1440,DateDiff("n",[Time1],[Time2])) Access automatically calls this field in the query Expr1. Expr1 is...

    Finding a Median

I didn't get the DAO error after selecting the DAO Library. But, I am still getting the error on my report. I have the expression written as follows: =DMedian("Expr1","qryDataAnalysisCenter") Does this look right? The article states that the last part is optional.

Okay...(Nurse here and not IT professional)...Not to be dense, but the article states that to use this code I need to "Use the References command in the Tools menu to add the necessary reference". I did import the module just fine. Where is the References Command and is it supposed to be in...

    Finding a Median

I have a report that calculates a average value from a field. Is there a way to figure out the median value? I did not see a function for this.

    Calculations in a report

That was what I was looking for. My problem was that I was using the Excel formula AVERAGE() instead of Avg([]). Much appreciation for the help.
