I need a form as it is an invoice and a form gives me exactly the layout I need. I have a command button which prints out the form, but I am asking if it is possible to email the form, instead of faxing (using a separate fax machine).

After creating a form within Access 2007, I then have a command button to print off a copy which I fax to a third party. Is it possible to email it directly from within the programme? (Email and print would be even better as I need a hard copy).

Probably too big. It is a standard flash-up warning "Microsoft Office Access Security Notice A potential concern has been identified This location may be unsafe ---(file path) Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data ---etc Do you want to continue".

I have created a 'switchboard' with command button links to forms, tables etc. I have also added a hyperlink to one to bring up a Word document from within my computer. Every time I use it I get a security warning. I have entered the file address as a trusted location, but still get the warning.
