I want to know if its possible in a report to put an unbound text box, or some sort of text box in a report and then edit that text box from the report view. Reasoning behind this is, I want to be able to make random notes, not meant for the database underneath the records in the details...

I was thinking of applying this to a record set. like a single job with a lot of operations i just look at the attachment from the other .mdb on the page, its nothing but miles of vba code. I am guessing the easy way is not so easy : )

Code won't work correctly only with the numbers greater than 7 I would also like to add if I change the max number of rows "ctotalrows" to 7, it still prints the last record, on a seperate page. "attached 4 pictures through zipfile and code to post" The pictures explain the problem much better...

I have an Access 2007 problem and I would just like to know if there is some sort of solution out there. The problem is, when I build a report that will 99% of the time be one page or less maybe even a half page. I end up with a giant space in the middle of my report. I want to fill that...

i set this up maybe this will work for you I just added a parameter to a query that let you choose which language the query would go grab : ) then when you run your report it will do only 1 language, you run the report twice, once for each language and it will print like you wish

If I was going to try to accomplish that I would have 2 reports : ) 1 for english and 1 for spanish
