    Ok I've got one solution but it solves a part of the problem . after I open the DB . Tools >> customize >> toolbar press New then go to commands and choose whatever I need by drag and drop in the new menu :eek: . But the entities are one after another . How can I make each one as a list ...

    Many thanks for keeping in touch .. I've seen in a program that it has menus for , Reports (include all the reports the program has ), Transactios , Master information , etc . Like these , how can I make them ?
