    Thanks, do you\anyone know if it is possible to call/open a word document from within the form like on a command button, 'Print Letter.doc' ? off subject, how can I show an avatar? or is that something you earn?

    They use the license number to search the records to find the entry, so the same tag may have many entries but specific days they entered the park. To send a letter quoting the date and time we need to quote the right date, so I want to take that reocrd with me to the new table. Got a tip...

    1st, Thank you for your time. Using this does get me the records and I see its using a filter. That moved away from using a listbox, that was a recommendation. I will using the doubleclick next to add this info to a violations table. Thanks alot as I can adapt this into the project.
