Surely that must be simple to do.Just switch your form to design view and add Check boxes and the Source Control should point to your specific fileds e.g Soccer.:p

There is no problem in having a long Table and by having one table makes things easier.Then all you will need is to play around with the queries when making reports.

I made the query to calculate the totals but thing is my Answers are having a Minus sign(-),How can i ensure that the sum does not have a minus(-) sign.

Guys i still havent figured out how to make a report which will be just showing the sum of Data for certain fields. Am using check boxes in indicating if a student has done a particular course. So then i want to just show the sum(=-sum([Course] )of the these students who have done this course on...

the cursor sometimes moves upwards even when the mouse itself isnt being moved,what colud the the cause of these movment of the cursor. Kabz

Thanks Chris B,that worked out fine. But i still have another problem.i want to just show the Sum of the data on the report.Am using check Boxes so have used the =-sum([Course]) to get sum of participants of the course.the thing is am having a line of blank pages before showing the last page...

i Have set my database to be starting with my Switchboard and have hidden my Menu Bar,so can someone help me on how i can bring back the Menu Bar. Kabz:o
