Writing to a TBL from a Form - Prefilled except 1 field.

I sure did, thank you. In fact, I released the DB a couple weeks ago and just gave them a few more features today. I have 2 more reports to go and it's done. A lot of it was fixed by using global variables to pass values and then having it write to the record as an append if new - show on...

I have a small Table that needs to be set up LIKE a CT Query in that I need the Elements to become Field Headers so as to have 1 record with Caseno and Result(s) by Element. Problem: I do not want them grouped as I really do need to see the result (not summed or counted) and the patient...

    Comparison Query

I figured this out - switched to SQL - something I am comfortable in and qrote the query the way I wanted it and then switched back into Access and saw how their design query handled it. Adds three columns on the end with my IsNull statements from my SQL where clause, then sets Criteria in the row.

Thank you so much for your reply - My DB is too large to post - even zipped. I made an append query for the MandatoryPOI data that needed to go to the Findings TBL and slapped an IF statement around it to look for the AuditItemsID to make sure a POI wasn't already in place. I already had all...
