    As I said in my last posting ... it has nothing to do with my DB ... it's Access itself that wonr run ! When I start Access - not a DB-file - Access itself ... just a white screen comes up ... no splash-screen, no menues, no nothing ... just that white screen an dit stay there forever ... I can...

    I have tried that severel times - no cure at all ! I have contacted the 365-support team and they logged on to my computer and just did waht I told them I have done myself ... then they logged off again and I never heard from them again !

    I have no earlier point to roll back to :o You should be able to rely on a fully update ... or else ... we are just running loose like a bunch of goose ! :cool:

    Makes no difference - just that white screen again ! Now too tried to scan the disc for errors - nothing found !

    OK, I'll run a sfc /scannow to see what it reveals - thx EDIT: I ran a test with: sfc /scannow - nothing found !

    I've updated Windows 10 on my Lenovo W520 where I have had Office365 Home running for a year without problems. After this last update Access wont start up - Word/Excel ect. no problems - only Access - starts with a white screen and never comes further - some CPU use, no disc activity ... but...

    Introduction ...

    We have to meet on other conditions ... Why allways when problems has evolved ? But I'm retired Developer with a lot of hobbies - including making my own genealogic system by using of MS Office 365 Home. The DB in Access, all notes on persons, events ect. in Word and the family tree in Excel...
