Thanks for the suggestion. I should've included that I preview the report more than I actually print it out.

I have found that after I open the report with the form's button I can press the End key on my keyboard and nothing happens. If I then use the mouse to click the next page or last page button then the End key does work after that. Any ideas?

I found out how and used what I believe are called "calculated fields" on the report to display the info depending on criteria in the calculation for the field.

I got this fixed several days ago and I believe that the problem was that the If/Then statement was used for field formatting and field enabling/disabling statements. I moved the whole bunch from the Report Open section to the Detail Format section and it started working.

Can you tell me how can I do that? I don't know anything about break points. Thanks.
