Smig, I apologize if you felt both posts where a waste of time. I am brand new as of today to posting on forums. Each thread though similar in nature did have a different question. I didn't realize until after receiving replies that the answer to both where the same.

Eventually this whole data base is going to be used by multiple employees so when I did some reading at first the navigation form seemed to fit best. You have given me a good direction to go from here. Thanks!

Paul, So really I shouldn't be trying to change what that box says but fixing an error so that box doesnt even show up? Does this mean I would need to have my search form as a tab on my navigation form along side the report tab?
