A person can be under debtor and creditor. So to keep its info in one table only?
Hi I am to create a debtor and creditor listing each. some companies/persons can be our company debtor and creditor also. Hence, is it okay for me to record their details in both listing? Because i understand that i suppose to store a piece of info in Access only once. Thanks -

Hi I create a table and use autonumber as its primary key. But its starting number is 3 instead of 1. Why is this case? How can i make the autonumber start from 1? Thanks -

Hi I am learning Access now. In dummies book, it recommend to create FIRST NAME and LAST NAME fields instead of FULL NAME in one field. May i know the logic of it? It is beyond my understanding. Thanks
