Yes, yes, of course. I'm still struggling a bit as I try to comprehend. I'm thinking of other ways (parameters) of which we would use the report. But I should probably just make other queries for that huh?

I have another question. Why are the links between all the queries using the Prod_Shift rather than the ID?

I feel better now because I couldn't see their purpose. These queries are quite amazing. I didn't realize you could work with them like this - query from a query, linking queries, and creating another. Where can I go for more education on that?

I do have a question. In looking at the Relationships I see 3 tables there that I can't seem to find anywhere else. They are named MSysNavPaneGroupCategories, MSysNavPaneGroups, and MSysNavPaneGroupToObjects. Can you tell me about these tables so I can better comprehend what you did? Thank you...

CO down time is a typo - I inserted that column and forgot to put the calculation at the bottom. Yes, I now see that the math is wrong on that case per minute (it should be reversed). Thank you.

I'm sorry. No you're right the data on the report is not based on the tables tab. The tables just have dummy data in them. I need to create this report in Access. It is currently a spreadsheet. I think I have all the fields I need in the tables to create this report (that is currently in Excel)...
