    Aha! I didn't have them touching, I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it will work as you suggest, what about other fields alongside, do you mean anything that is on the line acros the full width of the form or just next to it. Paul.

    Didn't work all it does is not show a text box outline, it doesn't move an empty line up and still leaves the gap. The boxes are: Companyname Address1 Address2 Address3 Address4 Postcode so if there is nothing in say Address4 it moves Postcode up to print below Address3 and no gap. Paul

    I have Name and Address fields on my form as Name, Address 1, Address 2 etc which are taken from a Look Up Combo box. If say Address 3 and/or Address 4 are empty it leaves big gaps in the overall address when I print it off. Can I get it to move fields up if they are empty ?

    How do I stop my application from minimising when a hyperlink is activated.
