    I am just guessing! You might have lost connection to the network. Is your L drive your shared drive? Have you checked your folder and see if your path exists? Maybe, someone went to the folder and changed the folder name or one of the file names! These are the only things that I can come...

    I don't think you can do it in the macro, but you can go to page set up of your report and set it to the tray that you want, and save your report. Try doing this in the design mode of you report.

    The simplest way is to make a Macro and choose the Action: Output To. Then at the bottom you can choose your table or query or whatever to be sent to a folder. I hope that made sense to you:)

    Put this on the unbound textbox control sourch: ="From: " & [BeginningDate] & " To " & [EndingDate] But this has to exactly match the critaria in your query, otherwise it will not work!

    Depending on how much data and how many queries, Tabs run very slowly anyway. I had a form with 4 tabs and it was running so slow that I changed it to forms and subforms. When the user opens the form they think it's tabed, but in reality it's not. I just made buttons on my form and everytime...
