Maybe there is a code, but I have no idea what it is! But I have one solution. that is to just make a regular report and repeat your lables 3 times in one row and just adjust your margins until it fits your page. Maybe that will work! Let me know:)
Did you set up your column headings? If not, go the the design mode of your crosstab query and the properties of the query and set up your cloumn headings. The name have to exactly match, otherwise it won't work. I think that will solve your problem:)
This is a known Access bug. Disable the Autocorrect option (Tools > Options...), then you will have to re-set a last time your printing layout options for each report:)
If you're running your report off of your form and want the same record that is showing on your form, refer to this posting:

If #name is showing on your report, it means your fields are missing from your report. Go to your design of your report and look at the query behind the report. You have to make sure that your report is coming from a source, which is your table! I hope that helped. :)
One of the reasons maybe it's that Date is a reserved word in Access and it's not a good idea to use Date for your field. Change the name of your field in your table design and see what happens. :)
I am confused  Can you give me an example of your Billing Element and how the data looks like. Is your dialup another field? Depending on your situation, maybe you need to do a make table or update query. Let me know
I just tested it again and it worked for me. Make sure that you repeat the letter "a" twice.
IIf([YourField]="a","a")*.30
This if statement is saying that if your field is equal to "a" than put "a", and if "a" is what you want then multiply it by .30. The & sign means this is nested and you...
This how I do it in the query:
NewTax:IIf([Tax]=0,5,[Tax])
This will look at your tax and if it equals 0, then puts 5 otherwise puts the tax. Then you can use this [NewTax]+[Price] and do your calculations in your query. I hope this helps :)
You definitly have to use crosstab query. When you try to creat a new query, there are options you can choose from. Choose the crosstab and the wizard will takc you through the steps and you will see what I am talking about. There is a very good example in Northwind database on your machine...
Or maybe you made your report through wizard and the wizard set it up for you like that. In that case just move your fields and set them horezontally, that should work to.
