    One question: is the Date Field called Date? if it is you may want to change it. Date is a reserved word and it will cause you problems. Change it to AttendDate or something.

    I know this is an old link, but I thought I would just make a quick comment pertaining to the import of data. Could they not link .csv files as their tables? This way the person with the Full Access app can just export the data to csv files and have the remote users (with no Office apps)...

    Design help please (NEWBIE)

    I just quickly tried it in Access 2007 and i was able to get the full (Monday January 28, 2008) date with out the Format command. i just added a text box (with =Now() to test the date) and in Property/Format selected "long date" and it worked fine. Just so you know.
