    Conditional Subtotal in a Subform

I have two subforms in a form that track parts and labor for a computer service shop. These are totalled by putting a Sum function in a textbox in the subforms' footer, and then calling it in the main form. That works perfectly. Now, I've added a "warranty" checkbox as you'll see below. The...

Passing Newly-Created AutoNumber Index to Form

I'm just going to ask because I'm so confused I don't know where to start. I have a fairly boring, standard RDBM set up - I have a "customers" table, with an AutoNumber "customer index" field, and I need to do transactions per customer (actually, I'm tracking service & repair in a computer...

Passing non-stored variable to a report

I'm about 99% of the way to making Access drive a receipt printer to print cash sale receipts based on a Cash Sale form the register guy uses to cash people out. I have a report Question, help appreciated

or, easier, put the trailing space in the original quote set, as such: ='this is a paragraph of text containing the field '&([fieldname])

Newline in Textbox - How difficult is this, anyway?!

I'm sure I'm overlooking something *very* simple... but I need to make a "Bill To:" field in an invoice...this will also be the address that sticks out the clear window of the envelope when mailed... however, I can't find any documentation anywhere describing how to put line breaks in the thing...

Can Grow / Can Shrink in Forms

I've been pulling my hair out, hope somebody here can help. I have Access 2000 (SR-1) and I'm attempting to get the Can Grow/Can Shrink properties to work on a text box in a form. I ran across one message here that says Can Grow/Can Shrink doesn't work in forms, but the Access help says...
