Thank you. unfortunately i don't know how to use VBA...i'm using the On event Macro builder and then i just choose actions from the combo list...BUT the Minimize action doesn't work properly for the form i chose... I will try the other way with the office button. Thanks any way.

Thanks for your reply. No, I'm exporting it through a Macro command. I use the button and then i chose in properties: event/on click/embedded macro (which exports it to excel). you are right, there is a way export it as text file, but not sure if as a word doc. Thanks.
