I mayself am administrator. When I try to create new excel query and click on the concerned query in access databse to get the data from, it doesn't prompt for any username and password. When I click on access query it doesn't show any field.

You can retrieve data from Access database query to Excel through Excel query. I want to pull some data from Access query into Excel, but the access database is secured by user level security. It would not allow me to get access to Access database query from excel. How can I retrieve this data?
