    Every time I use the build tool in a query my quotes do not display correctly so my formulas do not work. When I type a quote it appears slanted like italics. It is an inconvenience. Anyone seen this before? thanks

    I tried a comma and a semi-colon. I use commas for another macro in another DB and it works fine. Could it be that I am running 2 run code processes before the send object in the macro?

    I have 5 e-mail addresses in the TO: line and two in the CC: line. When I run the macro it only sends to the last e-mail in each line?? I have never seen this before?? HELP :confused:

    I just used this and it works great ghudson! One question though: We share the DB on a network drive. All users are recorded as "Admin" in the audit trail field. Is there a way to pull the windows user name for each user? thanks!

    thanks Wayne I just fixed it! I clicked on default settings for the "open with" in the folder option portion of "my computer" and it fixed the issue. Not sure how messed it up in he first place. thanks to all! cheers!
