    Got another one for you all now, Whenever access tries to send the emails, outlook wants my permission for each and every email sent. (i.e. I have to click 'allow'), is there any code that can automaticalyl either bypass or 'allow' each email without human interface inbetween each one? Thanks

    Thanks to the link that was posted above (thanks :) ) I've managed to use that to create a process, and it is working to an extent.... HOWEVER It is sending the email to the previous record's email address!... Help?? Essentially it is not updating the records before it tries to send the report...
