I have a table that has two date entry fields. DateCreated [ Default Value =Date() ] DateUpdated [ free data entry ] I need to lock the DateCreated field as a permanent record which cannot be altered. Can anyone suggest a possible solution please?

As an absolute newbe silver surfer I appologise if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I am trying to write a database and so far so good, however I have somehow managed to move the right hand vertical bar of the navigation pane so that I can nolonger see the pane. I bar now is locked...
