I have a receptionist which uses a database that contains everything in the company ..there is an employee table that contains their salaries and I want to set password for this table so that the admin is the only person who can view this table .......... is that possible?? and the same thing...

I'm trying to create a query that can sum values of different fields in different tables can some help me plz! :) there is another issue: Can I sum values of a field and put the result into another field in different table?
