Hi, we have an acess db that is split (data/frontend) and it works fine on XP pc's but as soon as we load it on a W7 pc it slows down. When opening it can take 30 secs, only 5 secs on xp, the db's are on the sbs 2003 server in a shared folder, with a shortcut on the desktops for the frontend...
