Help me please . I have database access 2010 .I used append query to collect sum data and copy it to specific table . I have updated these data monthly by using macro command to activate append query . My question is How i can transfer these data automatically every month starting?

I have a problem when using converting date from Gregorian to Hijri in query field The new Higri date became " text type" .So i can't make yearly sum please help me
