Hi, I have another question. When creating a macro, and using the GoToRecord action, ho can you get it to go to the 2nd column in that record in the chosen table, it always just selects the first one. I hope you understand what i mean. Thanks Jim

Hi, I need to know how to use a Macro to be able to: - When a new record is entered into a form, it will not only add the record to that table but also add the exact same record to another table. I know it can be done, but i havent a clue. Any ideas? Jim
