    Tabs do not display on multi-page form unless you "scroll up"

    Hi there: I'm a newby..I created a 2-page form with tabs at the top. When the form opens, you do not see the tabs without scrolling up. Is there a setting of some kind that will open the form with the Tabs Visible??? Thank you for your help.
