Please can anyone help,I have attached sample database.I need to search for jobcard no.My main form is customer and one customer has many jobs i need to go to that job no,,,,,hope someone can help,,,i am new on this access...

have a table with three fuel tanks,(example diesel,ULP LPR) then i have a table for the Pumps example (pump1,pump2,pump3 and so on,they extract the fuel from the tanks.The tanks have a daily open and close reading,And the pumps also have a open and close reading.I have attached a sample

i have a form customers,subform rates,subform rate transactions,,, In my rates transaction i dont want duplicate months eg 01/12/08,,,meaning one transaction per month I dont know if this makes sense
