Hi, I want a simple report to display competencies held by individuals i.e "Smith" and "Car". But what I get is either "Smith" and " " (nothing) or "1" and "2". In other words I keep getting numerical values for the information I want to see. What is the answer please anyone ?

I have a form that displays record using a subform. The subform has a combo box on it and I want the values displayed rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. I have included a (photoshopped) picture to show what I mean. How can I achieve this

I am using records of training to create a list on a licence of competencies. Trouble is when the list gets to around 6 or 7 records it expands my licence form. I want to either group or flow, to another column, the records if it gets to many just to list vertically. Help
