im trying to make a button that opens word, merges the data into a standerd letter closes and sends the user back to the form. all i want is one record printed at a time. if anyone can hlep it would be appricated, please take it easy with me as im a complete novice kev

for some reason when i change a list box for pending to complete for example, all of my forms change to complete. how can i stop this. also i cant get the data from my list boxes to print out on a report. why? thanks. kev
