Everytime I want to enter data into a form I have to create a new form or else I get a #name error in one of my fields. When I create a new form this error doesn't show up. Why blc

I have a report that is controlled by City Area and Zone. Every time one of these items changes I need the page number to reset itself page to 1. I also need the group to total itself. Ex 1 of 6 and so on. I have set my group as City Area Zone is this right. Please be gentle I'm a newbie. Thanks
