    I fixed it Hey, Thanks for the reply. I found that I had called up lots of tables for the query but only included the one I wanted to. Once I deleted the other tables from the query header it worked perfectly. Thanks a heap Tim

    Hey guys, I made a comlicated form from a table. The things is that I now want to base it on a query for security of individual records. When I change the source in the properties box the form comes up blank in form view. What's going wrong? The fields are from the same table. Thanks, Tim
