It has been awhile since my last post. I would like to thank everyone for giving the solution for my issue. I have a report that gets data frim a query. In the event that the query does not find any records, I get an error. It doesn't find the fields because there are not records. It works...

I am using Access 2010. I want to print a report directly to a printer without the printer selector screen appearing. I really need help with this. Thank you
