Thanks for the response. I was hoping there would be a setting whereby the saved report would automatically pick up everything from the updated query results, including the updated (list of) fields. I just want to make sure that I am not missing some easy step that everyone else is aware of...

This question pertains to a “Simple Report” made from a Crosstab Query and saved. Everything seems to work fine, except that if I modify the database in such a way that a field is added or deleted from the Query, the saved report when opened either fails to pick up the added field, or comes up...
