Could someone tell me how i can show the total number of records within seperate queries in a form view. I have tried inserting a new 'count' field within the query but I don't know the formula to sum these. Basically, the output I want is to show in a form just the total number of records in...

All I want to do is run a query based on differing items within the same ID field. e.g. Here are 2 items that the field may containg 1) IB-SS-MB 2) LCIS-GP-MB How do I query the field for all rows that contain MB & IB?

As I perhaps did not make myself clear in my last post, can anybody let me know if a subform HAS to appear in the datasheet format??

I have set up a subform and was looking at in the datasheet view. However, I can no longer get back to my orignal form view. When I look at the design view, it will bring up the normal form design view, but always defers back to the datasheet.

I've got my database up and running, but I do not how to hide the background window that shows all my forms, table etc. When the DB is opened it would look much better if it was only the switchboard form that was opened.

When I open my Issue & Risks Register I am getting a Compile Error Message 'Ambiguous Name Detected' when I click on the main switchbord. Thank you. I belive I had set the 'has module' property to yes which i think was causing the main problems, also not allowing edits, deletions & additions didn't help my cause either. Everything now seems to be back to good working order so thanks again.
