The code didnt seem to work when i tried it, no input box appeared...do you need to create one of these? If so....how?

How do i ge the screen to open maximised on start up? The main menu screen opens automatically but doesnt open maximised.

I was trying to do it like, in excel as an example...you can create a userform to appear when you click on a button...there are no userforms in access so is there any other possible way of a box appearing requesting Staff ID information?
