Thank you. No special reason for using a form as a report. I'm new to reports as I've tended to use forms so didn't know the best way of doing it. I now do. :)

I've attached the db. it opens with the report in question (in form format). When I click on open report it opens fine. Then when I print preview it all goes wrong. Thanks for any help as I can't figure it out.
