MultiSearch Form, Combo Box not working

Nevermind, I simply added Me.txtGender = "" to the command button. Thanks, again!

MultiSearch Form, Combo Box not working

@arnelgp Sorry, but I've noticed one problem. After you choose an option, "Male, Female, or N/A," and then hit the clear button, it does not reset the search values in the "Search Results" list box. It resets the list box if you type in the "SearchFor" text box, but not if any of the radio...

MultiSearch Form, Combo Box not working

(I meant "Option Group" in the title, not "Combo Box.") I've attached the database as a .zip file. On the search form (FRM_SearchMulti) I've added an option group (Frame 36) to sort through my search results. The search works fine, but the search box options do not. I know why it isn't...

Update Table Column Based on Count Query

[Solved] Update Table Column Based on Count Query Awesome. I already had a form made that was using that query as the source. The form is embedded into a navigation form, therefore every time one clicks on the tab to pull the report, it runs that query by default. Thanks, again.

Update Table Column Based on Count Query

Okay, thank you. I get it. You just have to run (or "use"), the Query every time you want the updated amount. Meaning, for my database, I would just run the "Counter" query when I want the update. You can't display the updated numbers in a table, because that's not what databases...

Update Table Column Based on Count Query

Could you elaborate on this idea? Or point me in the right direction? As for no relationship...I could create one, but didn't see that being the solution to updating the columns. This database is just a mock snippet of something I'm building that is much larger, with related tables.

Update Table Column Based on Count Query

I've attached the database in question. It only contains 2 tables (Tally, Tasks) and 1 query (Counter). The query "Counter" is just a simple Yes/No counter. It is getting the data from the "Tasks" table from a Yes/No column, and I am trying to display the data from the query in the "Tally"...

Search Form inside of Navigation Form

Thanks again, sneuberg. In the actually database I'm working on, not the mockery I posted here, it seems to be searching fine after using a space for multiple words. Not sure what the difference between the two is, but if I do discover it, I can post a new thread with the solution.

Search Form inside of Navigation Form

I've added my database as a .zip file, first off. The search form I've made, FRM_SearchMulti, is from the John Big Booty (Yes, we all hate typing that name out) post on here a few years back. It works by itself, it but does not work once inside of the Navigation Page Form (Main Page)...

Instant Search Box In Access Form (Search Function in Navigation Bar)

I keep getting the same error when I type "i" in the search box. I know this thread is 3 years old, but did anyone ever figure out the solution to this problem?
