Arnelgp The link refer to export a list of send email. I try to save a email that was already send. Like in Outlook one send the email and that email is then transferred to the send box. That is the email tried to save.

Arnelgp I thought about it, but due to the volume of emails send will make it time consuming. That's why I thought there might be away to automate the action.

Arnelgp Sent Email dir is created if not already exists and email is saved. I picked up that email is save in the before send status. Is there a possibility to save it after I send the message, I know focus shift to Outlook to actually send the email.

Arnelgp I changed Display Control under the Lookup tab in my tblInsContactDetailsTemp to Combo Box with Data Type Short Text. But under the Lookup properties there not setting for "Allow Multiple Value" all else are there except this one.
