    Completed the line of work for report. Cant thank you enough. I know its basic but i have to go through the process and build it out so i can then maybe translate it into a better solution using VBA. You are all great and cant thank you enough.

    Report 1. Has a count total field.(=Count (*) Report 2. Has a coint total field.(=Count (*) Report 3. Need to add a control to subtract both.

    Very Happy Friday! I got some incredible support and guidance the past few weeks which was great in terms of motivation and helped lead me to very productive results. With that in mind, I am grateful and was able to create a very useful report containing about 6 reports all with charts etc...

    I figured out the data bars as well. THe problem I get when running comparing the records is "Cannot have aggregate function in expression (Min(Count(())) so perhaps I need to build a new query?

    Mark - I found it was very good but hard to follow in terms of reports. I'll need a week to figure that out. Im just looking to apply bars to reports. I'm thinking the link will help and it is exactly what I need if it applies to 2013. I'll let you know how it goes.Thanks.
