thanks for the advice i got no problem making copies and throwing back the BE to the mapped drive shared folder among the employees and i managed to keep the file safe as front end except for the importing trick :/

the DB is complied fine , compacted fine , running smooth until i make MDE it give macro bug error and FE or BE is not the big deal i can split it but to protect FE from importing considering it will be shared file and cannot be with password
