I have more than 200 fields and i tried to prevent the wrong entries using combo boxes that depent on the previous cell show sugesstions. That sugesstion type is same in that creteria only deffers.access does not allow that much of index and combo box in data base

Thanks mr JHB for yor reply i found another way to feed the data. Then another one problem how to prevent duplicate data entry without index (no duplicates) method. Is any other way

Ss i have mor than 150 combination like what i have given in sample.it is not possible ah What is limit of maximum combo box per table

U given 4combo box example na like that more than 150 combo boxes to be created but it is not allowing me to save the data base

Thanks mr.JHB but i have an issue in your shared access data base u wrongly taken the sample. That machine model part description should be in other table. It should fill to another table through form in that form i have to select based on first table.and it have to fill another fields...
