Hi looking for some help with this bracketing error! Thanks Main form - navigation form Subform - Follow up day 01 field - hospitalno query works perfectly if I use the criteria [Forms]![Follow up day 01]![hospitalno] from the form follow up dau 01 directly ...but not if trying to use it form...

The main form is a navigation form.. I used the navigation form wizard and dragged and dropped the other forms on it.. Am I understanding this right? Or have I misunderstood that a navigation form is not a main form
