Thanks for your response. I have tried adding the list item in Design View. But it still won't appear when I switch back to Form View. I've added some screen shots (attached).

I honestly can't find this list (or any list) in the code :( To make it more confusing, in this database we have two nearly identical products we work with, and one already has the list item. I'm just trying to add it to the other. Seems easy, right? Just find the code for the 1st product...
